SGH Concepts / the new Tri-Jack

For more than 70 years, SGH Concepts has been providing quality products and services. In 2015, Tri-Jack was acquired by SGH Concepts because of our shared values. Our customers know that our products are second to none and are up to date with the latest designs and installation techniques. SGH Concepts, the new Tri-Jack / History

1954 / Jack Nichol, Jack Brubaker and Jack Diteman founded Tri-Jack in Billings, MT.

1975 / John Vanheuvelen purchases Tri-Jack.

1980 / Tri-Jack is purchased by partners Jim Kastelitz and Steve Tucker.

1989 / Steve Tucker purchases controlling interest of Tri-Jack.

2015 / Tri-Jack joined SGH Redglaze Holdings as the most northwestern division providing architectural products and services to Montana and Wyoming.

2019 / SGH Concepts is launched and Tri-Jack joins the SGH Concepts brand.
